The first cooking school in Deidesheim opened in October 2009. The school is located in our adjoining building "Heumarkt" which is directly next to the Ketschauer Hof. The whole design has been realized by Tassilo Bost who also designed the interiour of the hotel and restaurant. Modern architecture meets historic building stock. In a collaboration with our partners "Nolte Küchen" and "Gaggenau" one of the most beautiful cooking schools in Germany has been realized. On a high level it is possible to host cooking classes, corporate events and private celecbrations. There are in total three different rooms and outdoor terrace at disposal
Our chefs de cuisine Jens Fischer & Stefan Happich are looking forward to welcoming you to Ketschauer Hof to participate in one of our many cooking classes. With a variety of classes including tapas, US beef and a culinary trip to the sea we are sure to offer something for everybody.
