Whether brown or white, mild or strong - here you will find out everything about the magic drink made of sugar cane. David Barth gives an overview of the varied types of rum, the different styles and countries of origin. Enjoy Caribbean moments!

Workshop: Cheese & Wine - perfect pairing!
Our "Frommelier" Jan Steltner welcomes you in our cozy "living room" and takes you into the world of cheese specialties. Feel at home and enjoy selected cheeses paired with wines. Find out more about "perfect pairings", about the perfect combination of cheese and wine.

Sushi Workshop

Piotr Suszek, chef de cuisine of our new restaurant "Sushi B." (formerly UMAI), takes you into his world of sushi, sashimi & co. "For me, sushi is simplicity and complexity at the same time", explains Suszek. Sushi may seem like a simple dish with just a bit of rice and fish. But the possibilities of combintions with various fresh vegetables, pickled vegetables, all varieties of edible seaweed and the inexhaustible cooking methods… indeed, this is sushi. After a short introduction you’ll prepare all these fine delicacies yourself. Take part in an excursion into a century-old tradition.

Cooking class „Bouillabaisse“
Workshop with Lars Wolf from the restaurant 1718. Come and have a look in his pots and you'll know hof to prepare and cook the legendary Frensch fish soup! Here you will receive personally from the chef the cuisine secret tips and tricks for the "Bouillabaisse 1718"!

This event is very popular, therefore we can offer the 5th time. A tasting with more than 30 different champagnes of well-known champagne-houses.

DELUXE Champagne dinner with Moët Hennessy
This time only the best! The famous champagne house Moët Hennessy was immediately impressed by our idea.For the fist time we open special rarities for champagne lovers from the champagne house Moët Hennessy such as Ruiniart, Dom Ruinart, Dom Perignon and Krug.Enjoy an exclusive evening in the restaurant L.A. JORDAN with a 5-course-dinner by Daniel Schimkowitsch.
