Born in Borna near Leipzig, he can show an excellent gastronomy career: After his training as hotel specialist in the “Heinz Winkler residence” (Aschau), his stations are such as “Red Bull Hangar 7” (Salzburg), the restaurant “La Mer” (Sylt), the restaurant “Einstein” (St. Gallen) and finally “Sansibar” (Sylt).
For sure, Stephan Nitzsche will harmonize well with the creative character of Daniel Schimkowitsch (executive chef) and with the keen sense of guests and details of Maria Friedrich (restaurant manager).
