What many professional soccer players dream of—Daniel Schimkowitsch has made it a reality. The executive chef of our restaurant, L. A. Jordan, was awarded his third Michelin star at the Michelin ceremony on June 23, 2026.L. A. Jordan is now one of only twelve three-star restaurants in all of Germany. Thisis a milestone for Daniel Schimkowitsch, for L. A. Jordan, for the Ketschauer Hof gourmet resort, and ultimately for the Palatinate region.
